Production Blog

 Unfortunately, the update for this blog is there was a lot less progress made than I would have hoped for. The hope was that by this blog post we would have filmed as a group, this has yet to happen. Last week up till now was extremely busy, so that alone made it impossible to film together. Along with my week being busy, the people in my group had a busy week. From here we must decide when to meet, and jump on the nearest opportunity to do so. 

As of now I am not sure how this week will play out, but we are off of school tomorrow. I see tomorrow as an opportunity to meet, but it still may not work out. Besides a day off like tomorrow, our best chance may be after school as of now. Originally we were thinking of doing it on a weekend, but it may be better to do it coming out of school. If tomorrow doesn't work out, sometime this week should be the goal.

Although the fact we haven't gotten together is an issue, we are luckily still ahead of schedule. That being said, I know how group projects like this work, at one minute you are ahead, the other you are struggling to finish by the deadline. Knowing this I will contact Lance and Kevin today to see what day works best for all of us. Another idea is to just film separately, but I view that as a plan that will result in a lesser product. My goal is to have a day figured out by tomorrow night.

While the rest of the filming has not been completed, I have been thinking of ways to be proactive. Another obstacle for the production is the fact that I injured my back. In order to film I will have to properly recover as quick as possible. In order to do this, I have been proactive by wearing a brace and getting proper rest. Maybe it is best we haven't filmed as of yet, weight on my back would probably result in a more serious injury. Doing the things I am doing to heal my back will allow us to film as soon as me and my group are able to film together.
